In the Spotlight: S.K.’s Donuts & Croissants
Every month, Tight Shortz spotlights a different small business in a video on our website.
This month’s spotlight video features S.K.’s Donuts & Croissants, a family-run business that has been in operation, baking and serving up donuts for the Miracle Mile district of LA, for the last 25 years. When his parents retired , Tee took over the business; today, S.K.’s is run by the younger generation. You can catch Tee, his wife, and his brother-in-law, working seven days a week at the store. ”Our customers are more than customers; they’re friends,” says Tee. ”Some of the regulars that come here everyday have known me since I was a kid.”
